EditPlus 是一個著名的代碼文本編輯器。目前網上有其他人翻譯的版本，但均存在零星的翻譯錯誤。為此，我重新漢化了 EditPlus 的界面。
注：某些字符串在漢化后將導致 EditPlus 無法正常工作，所以只好保留原始英文不翻譯。敬請諒解。

本版特點：
1、深度漢化，包括所有非標字符串部分，如關于、設置對話框的英文字符串等等，力求完美；
2、解決漢化非標字符串會導致程序功能缺失的問題；
3、解決官方版切換至韓文語言導致一些對話框亂碼的問題；
4、包含 Liangjh 的 Tips.txt 文件，新增了 python 等語法著色模板文件。
